Counter-Notification

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where your service provider is located) and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
